Vancouver

After several days on the mountain we wanted to do something new.
So we simply decided to take our car and ride down to Vancouver - the capital of B.C.-
After a 1.5 hour drive we finally arrived there and were pretty stoked on the city, because there
were so many things to see.
All in all Vancouver is beautiful, the skyline is amazing and as everywhere in Canada the
people are super-friendly. Mainly we came there for buying stuff nobody of us was in need of,
and as you all guess we did it -yeah!-.
Later that day we got something to eat and visited the east of Vancouver downtown,
where we mostly saw drug-addicted and crazy people lying on the streets.
So we locked our doors and drove through to get some impressions of that, too.
After that sight-seeing tour was done, we went back home - very exhausted -
and got some nice pizza for sure !
Stay tuned...

Basic stuff

Hey Folks,

ok ok a lot of things went down.
Finally we moved into our own crib. It´s quite nice and big enough for
3 people. We are happy about no more annoying things in Max´ house ;).
Apropos Max - THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Also we were shredding almost everyday. The Blackombpark is quite nice,
good boxes, nice rails and fucking huge kickers in the XL - Park.
We shooted a few jib-runs, so be prepared for the first edit...comming soon!

2 days ago we were at the Walmart to get the first basic food and stuff for our
new crib. 300$ for food..?! - should be enough for a few days, haha.

So, as you can see almost the hole basic stuff is finished and we are proud to be
"Canadians";).

Stay tuned and be prepared for the first edit!

Peeze

Walmart...so compelling, haha

Most exciting day since we came to Whistlur!

Felix and Elias got up at 9am -while Dani was still asleep- and hitchhiked straight into the village to get an insurance for their brand-new jeep.
Yes you heard right we just bought a Jeep Wagoneer the night before for 1000$ -the car is probably cursed, we'll never know-.
After all that bureaucratic stuff with the car was done we finally went back home to recharge.
Later, around 1pm Dani, Elias and Felix took Max for a ride to a repair shop and suddenly Elias
got busted by the cops because he didn't fasten his seatbelt ,but it became even worse because Felix
who was asked for his drivers-license by the police-officer suddenly noticed that he left his wallet
- including 100$, a credit-card, the passport and his work permission - on the top of the roof of the new jeep. Dani, Felix and Elias (who still was of the opinion that his fine was about 25$) spent now several hours with searching for Felix's wallet without any success.
So Elias and Felix went to the village to cancel several bank accounts, go to the police-station and to the "lost-and- found-office" in hope to get the wallet back. Again without any success.
Elias used the opportunity of being in the village to pay for the ticket he got from the police-officer.
Surprisingly the fine did not account 25$, but 142$. As you can imagine he was pretty shocked and sad about it. But he didn't give a shit and payed for it.
Later in the afternoon we all went to Shorty's and Lisa's crib to visit them for a couple of hours,
and luckily Felix got a call that someone found his wallet with everything in it, so we were pretty stoked on that and celebrated the comeback of Felix's wallet with two large Brooklyn-Style-Pizzas.
What a great day!
Stay tuned...

Evening in the city

Hey everybody,

yesterday we met Marissa from Germany, who is in Whistler for a couple of days, too.
We went down to Dups Burritos for having a little lunch. Later we decided to watch the
"Telus Freeski Big-Air" in the village but before we went to Marissas crib, having some beers there.
The Big-Air event was pretty cool. Many good riders, good show and a good vibe. Love you Whistler!

 Go Felix, go!!

First couple of days

The first days are over now and we're pretty stoked on Whistlurr.
You could simply say that it's perfect.
Perfect weather, perfect snow, perfect park, friendly people, and a great landscape.
We're only in need of a sick ride, but confident of gettin a nice one very soon.
Here are some impressions (including Felix trying to ride a kayak).

Arrival

After a long hard flight - including a short stop in London - we finally arrived in Vancouver.
Though we felt pretty wasted we took a bus taking us to Whistler within 2 hours. Arriving there,
we met with Max who gave us a place to sleep and everything else we were in need of.
Thank you Max !
The first day went down with the basics, including looking for an appartement, opening a bank account, getting a social insurance number and so on - Again, thank you Max- .
Yesterday was our first shredding day at Whistler-Mountain.
In 3 words: it is  sick !
So much snow, perfect park, but just stay tuned for more including little edits, too...
See ya
